Our community yoga classes are open to individuals of all ages and skill levels. No prior experience is necessary!

Please bring a yoga mat, water, and a towel if needed. We may have a few extras available if you don’t have a mat.

No pre-registration is required—show up and join us!
4. What should I wear?
Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows for easy movement.
